Punta Arenas – Getting there
Puna Arenas is located in Extreme South of Chile. Punta Arenas´ Aeropuerto Presidente Ibá is 20 km (12 miles) north of town, and, depending on the season, it´s serviced with up to 10 flights per day from Santiago.
From Santiago, Chile
International flights land in Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (Santiago International Airport). Sky and LATAM airlines (among others) fly to Punta Arenas with a flight duration of 3 hours 25 minutes.
From Buenos Aires, Argentina
International flights land in Ministro Pistarini International Airport, Buenos Aires (Ezeiza International Airport , EZL). From there, fly to Rio Gallegos International Airport, Argentina, (RGL) – also known as Piloto Civil Norberto Fernández International Airport. Then take a bus to Punta Arenas, Chile.
